I created the blogspot as a result of not being able to get any information at all about the boats in the Marina after the Advance and Retreat of Ike!
At some point I would like to have the blog as part of the 'real' Marina Del Sol website.

I am not sure when the trip will be possible, lots of streets and highways flooded in Houston right now.
Meanwhile, the clear lake levels are down, which has to happen before the flooded areas can drain.
This shows the levels over the last few days
I got a call about our 41 Morgan OI sailboat "Aloha" and she is floating in good condition, even the bimini is intact! I have a home to come back too. Thanks for the info Chuck.

Glad to hear it - I just spoke with Amber at the office and she said that most of the boats are fine, minor damage to some (including a little canvas damage to ours).
